Winners of the 59th BT Young Scientist & Technology Exhibition (BTYSTE) Shane O'Connor and Liam Carew, aged 19 and in sixth year in The Abbey School, Tipperary Town were greeting with a heores welcome as they were paraded through the town in an open top car today. Their project on adolescence "Assessing the impact of second-level education on key aspects of adolescents' life and development" winning them the big prize.
